New, optimized design with large friction surface for more brake power and less brake fade. The redesigned aluminum spider with 7-point friction ring mounting also ensures better heat dissipation and lower weight. By reducing the vibrations of the disc during braking, the noise emission has been reduced once again.
The rounded edges on the upper side of the pane minimize the risk of injury and comply with the guidelines of the International Cycling Union UCI. As a further advantage, they make it easier to install the wheel, because the rounded top prevents the wheel from canting in the brake caliper
